During regular office hours, our team is available to address urgent medical concerns for our patients. As a general practice, we are equipped to handle many common urgent situations, but some emergencies may require referral to a full-service emergency facility.
After hours, we offer limited on-call support for established clients. While we do our best to assist when possible, we are not staffed as a 24/7 emergency hospital, and immediate care may not always be available through our team.
For urgent or life-threatening emergencies, especially after hours, we recommend seeking care at a dedicated emergency facility such as Veterinary Medical Center at Lakewood Ranch or Veterinary Health Care Associates. These hospitals are fully staffed and equipped to provide round-the-clock emergency and critical care.
If your pet is seen at an emergency clinic, we are happy to coordinate follow-up care and obtain medical records to ensure continuity of treatment.
